5. Once payment has been made, provide us with proof of payment / snapshot of receipt if you are paying using CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE. If you are using payment gateway then it's okay, the system will inform us.

6. Item shall be posted the next day after payment is made.

7. Tracking number will be emailed after item is poted.

8. To trace the whereabouts of your items, please log into Track & Trace system at Pos Malaysia or should you be having trouble call the Post Hotline at 1-300-300-300 (local).

9. Do inform us if you have receive the item and if you want to you can also attach a photo of yourself wearing the item(s) purchased for us to share on SHOP SPUTNIKSWEETHEART's facebook page.
